Please help me fix the pipe in my house!

Hi all,

I need money to help repair the pipe next to the water main in my house, a situation that has led to exorbitant water bills and being unable to pay for them every month. Every month, instead of paying for bills that range around 150 a month, (electricity and water combined), I am paying for near twice the amount more, which is ridiculous considering that I am the only one paying for the bills.

For the last few years, I have tried many methods, trying to reduce my use of water, borrowing money to pay for bills. But after awhile it has become too much of a burden on me to try and get this done by myself. My mother is unable to help me do so because she herself is struggling to help pay for the mortgage by herself, and being unable to help her reduce the amount of money for water bills has made me feel like a huge disappointment.

If I pay to get the pipe fixed first, it would be a significant help in me being able to pay and get ahead of the rest of my bills, as well as being able to start saving up for other things.

The costs as estimated by most plumbing companies when they come to my place is around $2000 Singapore dollars (the main issue is in the garden), and I need a down deposit of around $1000 first in order to secure the company to help fix the pipe. I am planning to put up $700 of my own money, so the rest of the amount would be towards raising the rest of the funds.

If I can get this done by latest December or by January of next year, it would be a great help, but I can also try to see if I can get this settled by around February or March of 2019.

Please, if you're out there...if you can, please help me fulfil my pipe dreams.
