Re-focus again for my living

Many people will laugh at my story but its a truth which come out from my heart. Its been long time since i was running a small retailer business . Due to my hard working my business change into a wholesaler . But suddenly i have to suffer because of my father severe viral fever which result in blood cancer. As i was lone earner of my family all the medical expenditure lab test treatments were my responsibility. Everyone loves their father to that extend i started the treatment in big cities which i thought will extend his life tenure as the cancer was in 2nd stage at the time of detection . Due to all these expenses i totally shut down my business not only that i even mortgage my house so that my father live for some more years. For 3 years treatments were done in different cities by consulting the doctors . In these years all my earning from my business and house are all gone . Until now from my deep feeling i am not satisfy what i have done for my expired father due to lack of finance otherwise he would have survived for 2/3 years more. So my condition now is totally bankrupt and my house in mortgage all these thinking leads me in a shock and now i am suffering from an anxiety living my life with the help of prescribed medicines. How to come out my problems and anxiety depends upon to all of you.
