Help fund LJ Caro’s hospital bills and therapy fees

We’ve created this Gogetfunding campaign to help out our dear friend Laarni June Caro. Mostly known to her friends as LJ or "mami". Most of us call her mami because of her being one of the most caring and understanding human beings we know. Like a mother, she gives the best advice and a friend when you need one. Nag at you, like a mother would if she knows you're in the wrong.

Last August 18th, she was hospitalized in Makati Medical Center and diagnosed with a mild stroke. Half her body is somewhat paralyzed, slowed down by the disease. Even her speech is affected. It is quite a surprise to all of her friends when she told us her situation almost a week after. (You can tell how strong she is by this when she only reached out to her friends when she thinks she really needs our help). It breaks our heart that she is this situation and we would ask you for financial assistance to get her through. As much as we would like to visit her, we cant. With the current situation with the Corona virus pandemic, Makati Medical Center does not allow visitors and only allow one companion.

Currently, her bill is way past her health insurance coverage. She is still in the hospital and would need financial help to cover her hospital bills and also her therapy to get her back on her feet again. We would need around 200k to cover any expenses in the Hospital and more to help with therapy sessions which we know could be expensive.

We really care for her well being and would like to seek your help in raising the funds needed.
