We are a team of independent rescuers who are majority residents living in Damansara Perdana vicinity, with a few living outside of DP area.
We have been trying our best to care, protect and rescue the many displaced stray animals (mostly dogs and cats) on the streets of Damansara Perdana.
These stray animals are mostly natives to this location, and with the increase of developments in Damansara Perdana, their natural habitat which is the surrounding jungle and the hillsides are rapidly being demolished. This encroachment situation has forced these strays out of their natural habitat seeking shelter and food from mankind. This is apparent with the number of strays specifically concentrating at the commercial lots & residential areas of Damansara Perdana. They are also at the mercy of humans living in Damansara Perdana, where there have been cases of abuse & merciless killings done by people who do not want to tolerate the existence of these animals in the area.
In the past few years, a team of volunteers had carried out an extensive research to find solutions, to capture these strays animals humanely, treat, vaccinate and neuter them, and finally to re-home (the ones that can be re-home) in a proper location that would not be a nuisance to mankind and also themselves.
However, due to lack of funds, equipments, resources and experience amongst these volunteers, the rescue missions have been challenging & slow. Many strays have been caught by the local authorities & put down to sleep, while the breeding pace has been quite fast, hence the numbers are also growing. A few have been noted with life-long injuries, with some being ill due to the lack of care & challenging living environment.
We're desperately in need of support from the public and any corporations to assist in our rescue missions. We seek your kindness in helping us financially by donating to our cause. Every contribution means a lot to us and these animals. No amount is too little. We will be transparent with how we use the donations given, and a financial report will be shared upon request.
We thank you from the very bottom of our hearts with your support!

As a resident in Damansara Perdana and an owner to 6 dogs myself (back in my hometown), I would like to say a big THANK YOU to the organizer and group of supporters/volunteers. I hope my donation would contribute to the well-being of the strays in this area. I have seen the packs of strays roaming the commercial lots, especially along the Jaya Grocer-Metropolitan stretch. With the current on-going road works, both vehicle and human traffic are bad and I hope the strays would have better sense not to wander into the these dangerous zones. Would be willing to foster the strays (if necessary) so do hit me up anytime. Once again, thank you and please keep up the good job.
