Please help our Joshua fight a rare type of encephalitis (NMDAR)!

Our dear Joshua has been hit hard with a rare neurological/brain disease called NMDAR encephalitis. It all started with a slight fever and from there it all went downhill fast. Our once very active and intelligent Joshua is suddenly now in a vegetable/catatonic state. He cannot recognise anyone, he cannot talk, he has no eye contact, he cannot move anything in his body. As with any rare disease comes in rare medication that is usually very expensive. We humbly ask all of our friends and anyone out there to help us fight with Joshua through your generous giving. Medical Information:

Joshua needs to be treated with IV Methylprednisolone 20-30mg/per kg and IV Immunoglobulin 2g/per kg. These medicines are very expensive, e.g. IV immunoglobulin 2g is 400SGD per vial. Joshua has lost weight and is now only 38kg. All tests for viruses and bacteria have all tested negative. We had to get a 2nd opinion from a very good specialist in Singapore and showed him the test results, he informed us that if all viral and bacterial tests are negative, this would point to an auto-immune encephalitis which is very rare and only 1 hospital in Singapore is able to do the testing (they do not have testing of this medical condition in the Philippines).
