Want to help those less fortunate than us?
This May I will be travelling to Madagascar for 1 month to volunteer in Madagascar.
Many aren't aware that schools are in poor condition and devoid of basic facilities.
With support I will have the opportunity to enable children and the local community in the remotest areas of Madagascar to have access to improved education, health, opportunity and infrastructure.
Since 2007 the organisation I am going with (International Volunteering HQ), has supported children and families across the world by investing over US$11m in communities abroad.
During my trip I will be staying in a small village, help rebuild schools, toilets and other infrastructure whilst also working with the kids.
The money that is contributed to this page goes towards my flights and food their but also goes to the cost of the materials to help rebuild these communities
I am dedicated to ensuring that we have a positive impact that is sustainable over time. I set tough standards for myself and I will be working closely with partners in Madagascar to ensure I can do everything in my power to help those in the small village on the slopes of Nosy Komba, a small island in Madagascar.
The aim of the expedition is to work in the remotest areas of Madagascar to provide increased opportunities for children, replenish school resources, to rebuild essential facilities and increase standards in extracurricular activities.
Whether the stay is a short or a long one, I will ensure that I and my team make a valuable contribution to support the long-term development goals of the community of Nosy Komba.
Any donations at all would be greatly appreciated and will go directly towards improving the quality of life and opportunities for children and others in Madagascar.
Thank you! :)
