Helping the world to become a bit better

My mom usually says that every time I see someone in need, I will go there and try to help (even when I was very little). She says that it is funny to see how big and innocent my heart is.

Well, the point I am trying to make is: I am a big-hearted person. I think I have always known about this; however, it was in the last 5 years or so that I realized that helping people is the thing that I love the most.

Every way possible I will do something to help others, including animals and the environment as whole.

Feeling like I need and want to help as much as I can is my driving force, but it is also my kryptonite, in the way that I do not feel that I am doing enough. The main reason for feeling that I need to do more is because I still can't live my life for volunteering (although I would love). I still can't because I am from a very humble family and I do need money to survive.

I am chemist and a science lover, but I have decided to dedicate myself to volunteering. I have found pretty amazing volunteers projects, such as in India, Africa, Puerto Rico etc., varying from child care to jungle conservation. However, in any of those there is a programme fee to participate. Even though the fee seems not to be much ($1500 on average), especially for US and Europe citizens, it costs a lot for me since Brazilian real is equal to 0.26 dollar.

Therefore, I am here to ask you help fundraising some money so I can put myself in action towards to my life purpose, which is volunteer and donate my time, skills and qualifications to help the world become a bit better.

Volunteering is the form I fulfill my heart and soul with energy, love, charity, empathy and happiness. I am; therefore, willing to share all of those feelings to the ones in need, so please help me out :) thanks and be well. 🌻🍀
