Helping the refugees in the Calais Jungle

There are up to 4,000 people living in squalid conditions in Calais, mostly men but including women, young children and some with serious medical requirements.

My lovely friend Harri and I are going to help out for few days at the Calais Jungle. We're raising money to much needed supplies for Care4Calais, a charity that works directly on the ground with the refugees.

The plan is to use the money raised to fill Harri's car with supplies the charity is desperate for. We're heading off to Calais on the 17th February. When we deliver the goods we plan to stay and help out however we can for a couple of days and coming back the 20th February.
