Helping the heroes at home

Our hearts go out to the many Israeli mothers who are home alone, trying to deal with the emotional welfare of their children, online school, cooking and cleaning, all whilst periodically running to the bomb shelter, and worrying about their husbands who have been called to the reserves and are fighting to defend the State of Israel.

As the expression goes, "not all heroes wear capes".

This fundraiser aims to provide a little bit of help and respite to these amazing mothers in our community - home cooked meals, treats, art supplies etc.

We are asking for small donations, in addition to the larger donations that people are kindly giving to support our troops, and the families that have lost so much.
