During my childhood I suffered from severe scoliosis, knee pain, spine pain, athsma attacks (since 3 months of life), ankle pain due to flat feet and allergies. So I was out of any kind of workout.
To make a long story short, when I was about to get an spinal fusion I found a chiropractor that gave hope when make some tweaks into my spine, but that didn't take longer and the pain went back. Anyway, I decided to find the way to get my spine straight and be able to practice everything I wanted. I started to study the body, how it worked, how the exercises impacted into any muscle, etc.
Many years later, I have my spine 85% straight and continuing, pain free, Aikido Instructor, personal trainer, weigthlifter trainee, and practice any type of sport I want.
So I want to share what I have find out during almost 25 years ( I am 40 years old now). I want to teach people how to be able to embrace theirs bodies and know it. How they can get rid of the pain (knee, spine, ankle sprain, etc) by being aware about how to move properly.
Help me to get my place to share what I have learn, I am only teaching this to a few at my home, but I want to share it with everyone that may need this onsite and online if possible.
Help me to help people to love thier bodies, trust in their bodies and take care of it as it is the only one we are going to have our entire life.
