Helping my family in crisis

Normally I / we don't ask for help.

We are having a hard time right now.

I will start with myself first.

I have medical problems going on now and for the rest of my life. I have a bleeding disorder call or short HHT that requires me to go to medical appointment at Cancer Care. My other medical problem is that I had kidney surgery on my left kidney that had Cancer. That was removed. Now I am facing having my right kidney removed in May. If that has cancer I will need to have oral chemo. With my appointments we really need to have two cars. We are down to only one car now because my son / girlfriend was in a car accident yesterday. Someone rear ended them and total their new car. My sons girlfriend needs to work and she goes to college. With this happening it set us all back. My son and I both have medical problems and we need to get to our appointments.
