Helping my brother

When it was in my time to go to coleage, I did not go, not only because I was not interested enough in that, but also because of the lack of money we had. But i am okay with this, it is something i learned to live with. But my heart tears apart everytime i get a call or think about my brother who is trully willing to put in the work, but can not because of the financial struggles. Parents tried to get some credit from the bank but due to minimal wage they are earning, the banks wont provide that amount. My father got the response that he is allowed to take 2,900€. Which is not enough for the university. I was doing a reasearch and calculated that he needs aproximately 40.000€. In January 2021, my younger brother will turn 22, which means he is at the last station of signing in coleage. I am desperate because he is currently in Germany with my parents struggling with money to enroll to desired coleage which is clinical psychology. He is one of the best people I know, and if I raise funding for him to enrole in coleage that would make me the happiest person in the world. Since i love him and I trully want him to live a life where he is going to wake up satisfied with the work he does for other people. I know how much people and psyhology means to him. I believe in him, I believe in God and that there must be a way to find people who are willing to help me raise this money for his educational purposes.

I have no paypall account, so I listed my bank account, since i would love to first finish the funding and than tell him as a surprise and also allow him to choose coleage he likes, because than he could probably sign in in January. We are also not living together, that is why you see my account being listed in Slovenia. My parents and my brother went for a better life, I had enormus struggles to adapt to Germany, that is why I went back home.
