Helping my brother to solve unemployment problem in Bangladesh

I have been advised to join this site to get kind attention from all of you regarding securing a business grant for a new e-commerce based site that my Elder brother name 'khandoker Saiful Alam' from Bangladesh wish to set up. He have been working on this project from last two year now and finally ready to put all the pieces together to get the venture started and to successfully move forward. Based on his intensive market study, we all estimate that he will be needing a capital of ($ 5,000.00) Five thousand's as an initial set up fee & 5,000$ USD in every 6 month till 2 years in order to allow planned growth within the company. Even he left his job to make this project successful. But after all the hard work unfortunately he does not have the funds available to him to cover this set up.
