Jeffrey Concepcion living in Tanawan, Bustos, Bulacan was hitted in the head accidentally by his drunk neighbors. He is now suffering for comatose and bed ridden for almost 2 years. Her mother is jobless and just asking help for their relatives for daily survival. We ask for your good heart and hand for Jeffrey Concepcion.
