Helping Hand for my Mother

Hi Everyone,

On the 27^th of January 2018 we lost our father due to a violent act. Since then we have been struggling for the SAP to take up this case and prosecute the person responsible for his passing.

We do have an amazing attorney that is trying to assist us, however due to the lack of funds there is only so much he can do for us.

With my dad’s passing, so came all the cost of dying. And this has left the family stressed as we do not have the funds to cover the estate or attorney fees.

My family are a very proud family and we rarely ask for help or assistance. We do things ourselves and we always find a way to manage.

However, I am not proud to say this but we need help. Between the estate and the attorneys, we just are not managing.

The reason for this fund raiser is to raise fund to settle the estate fees and/or pay the attorney to take our case to the courts.

My mother is a hard-working amazing person that has given everything for her husband and her family and we will just like to help her get justice for the loss of her husband, as well as relieve from the burden of the estate.

Our financial needs are as follows;

Attorney Fees; ZAR50,000 (This was suggested by the attorney to take to case to the high courts)

Estate Fees; ZAR303,216 (Estimated Calculation) (ABSA Calculation available on request)
