Helping hand for my best friend Liam

On the 5th December 2018, my best friend Liam was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of breast cancer - just 2 weeks shy of her 21st birthday.

Whilst Liam holds private medical insurance in BC Cancer Agency, it is not nearly sufficient to cover the cost of his equally as aggressive treatment program.

I will be running both the Mackay & Airlie half marathons in November & December to raise both awareness and funds to help cover Liam's treatment. Your support from the sidelines and any donations no matter how big or small will mean the world to not only me, but more importantly to Liam and his family.

To Liam.....I never knew what bravery was until I saw it in you - you are my absolute hero and every step of those 42.2 km's are for you.
