Arthas Needs Our Help Now!

Arthas is an emergency intake from a neglect situation where he was not given the proper medical care, at any point of his life to save his legs. His right leg has been completely out of it's hip socket for so long that there is no socket for it to go back into due to the rubbing of bones together. His knee is also completely luxated on the right leg causing his leg to form horizontal instead of vertically like a normal leg. This has gone on for so long un-treated that the bones became so physically deformed to this point it is not possible to surgically repair the leg to give him any form of use back to it. So sadly, he will need to have his right leg amputated all the way to the hip, but this will also relieve him of all pain and issues related to this leg being so deformed.

Arthas's left leg has a grade 3 luxating patella, that once he heals from his leg amputation will need to be surgically repaired to attempt to give him some form of ability to move outside a wheelchair after a long extensive rehab time.

Arthas is completely emaciated, and is starting on a meal plan to slowly regain the weight he needs. Along with a rehab plan on building muscle mass under pain management for his left leg. He is being monitored in a medical foster as he cannot fit into a wheelchair with his deformed leg at this time.

This poor boy has been through hell and back, and has just as long road of rehab and recovery but he so deserves the chance at having a pain free, mobile happy life. We are determined to give him that chance with your help!

No donation is too small, as this boy will have multiple surgeries and such a long road to recovery every single $1.00 means the difference!
