Helping a friend with dengue pay his hospital bills

Hey, guys! We don't really know how to do this part of the process, but i guess we can start from explaining the situation. We have a friend [his name is Jomar, 20, from the philippines/tacloban/eastern visayas] who was recently diagnosed with Dengue, an illness you can contract from mosquitoes. They didn't really know it was Dengue yet, so out of panic from his then dire demeanour, his uncle rushed him to a private hospital. Hes been recovering for the past three days, but he just might fall ill again with how much they were billed in the hospital [the amount reaching about Php 50,000]. We know that to some of you, it might be a small amount, but they can't conjure up the money immediately. You see, his mom is a single parent who doesnt have a stable income and he's only a college student without work - so they basically have no financial aid. We as friends have been trying to come up with a sum to help him pay his bills, but we don't think it's enough yet, so we're knocking on your hearts to see if we can ask help from you, financially. We don't require a minimum amount, we only ask that you give the amount you see fit. Any amount will be a great help, and we thank you in advance if you decide to do so.
