Helping an escort end her suffering

Happened to meet this girl, 20, online and finds out that she is actually a call girl/escort/prostitute or whatever you would like to call her. She has reached out to me for help in getting her out of the industry. She seemed desperate to get out.

She did not reveal her job or anything until after 1 week of talking to her as she was afraid I might just avoid her after finding out that she works in this industry. She was looking for someone to talk to as she did not know what to do.

She’s from Vietnam. Her mom lied to her and sold her off to a pimp in Malaysia for money. Now she is forced to work in that field and she is suffering.

I wish to help raise funds to help her buy herself out of that industry. She has mentioned that she needs about 10k MYR which includes paying to buy herself out and also for flight tickets back to Vietnam. She’s very afraid and sad, not knowing what to do.

I have only talked to her over the phone on video call and it was the longest I ever had with anyone, 245mins 55s. She wasn’t able to sleep so I stayed up all night to keep her company till she finally dozed off due to fatigue.

Recently she has just been “booked” by a client who is a M’sia police and was treated very roughly till she bled below and couldn’t walk properly.

I will be trying my best to find a time to go over and meet her. Worried she might have depression or anxiety breakdown, things like that. She has also mentioned that her pimp does not bring her for regular medical check ups, she goes on her own.

Her mom is Vietnamese and dad is Malaysian but she refuses to let her dad find out she’s being sold off and didn’t want to ask him for money. Both her parents are living separately.

I’m trying to help her get out so she can start afresh as it’s not by choice she is doing it. Everyone deserves a chance. Hopefully there will also be someone willing to hire her to work in SG. If she manages to get out.

I’m just trying to help someone who is lost and broken. Not sure if I’m making a right choice but no harm in helping someone out there

The end date of campaign will be her 21st birthday... hope to be able to set her free before then
