Helping a student to Achieve his Dreams

Hi everyone, I live in a small town, with very little opportunities and a family with insufficient funds to send me to study at a university. However I don't plan on giving up on my dreams just yet. I have taught myself how to code in C++ and I have a strong knowledge about IT and electronics, I have gained this knowledge through the internet and my old laptop. Unfortunately my laptop is broken and I simply can't afford to buy a new one, that's why I chose to ask you for help. I aim to buy a new laptop and a 3D printer to learn new skills. Please help me to better my knowledge, help me achieve my dreams.
