Helping a Mother and Daughter who are victims of a Hit and Run incident

On April 14, 2019, at about 7:00pm the family of Anabel De Mesa (45 yo) was crossing the highway in Barangay Calumpang, Tayabas city when a speeding white van hit the mother (Annabel) and her daughter (Kristelle 9 yo)) as they cross the highway in a pedestrian lane. Kristelle was dragged a few meters more before the van stopped. When the child was pulled out underneath the van, it speed away and run as fast as possible. Unfortunately, no one had a good look at the van's plate number. The victims were rushed to the nearest hospital (Lucena United Doctors Hospital) and they were both unconscious and at a critical condition. Both were subsequently admitted to the ICU for immediate medical attention. On April 15th, Anabel had a cardiac arrest but was miraculously revived. The child suffered a broken right arm, chin, and back of the neck and bruises all over her body.

As of today, Annabel is still recovering in the ICU unit still unconscious while Kristelle has already been transferred to the pediatric ward. The bill that incurred by both already reached more than Php 600,000 and still growing by the day. Unfortunately, the husband, Rey De Mesa (09465594397) was advised by the Hospital Management that they need to transfer the patients to a government or other hospital if they cannot provide payments to the current existing bill and the bill is already racking up. I personally know the financial status of the family. The father works as a construction worker and Annabel does laundry to friends and neighbors to make ends meet.In this regard, we are knocking to all Good Samaritan and hoping for assistance and donations from your good hearts in order to gather funds and settle the current medical bill already incurred. I have included the pictures of the patients and the medical abstract of Annabel (Kristel's Medical Abstract is not yet available), police report, and their certificate of Indigency for your reference.

Btw, they already reached out to PCSO and was provided Php7000 assistance only. Me and my wife had already solicited from family, friends and relatives and provided the cash proceeds to the Father already but more is still needed.
