Helping a family to become financially independent

Hi, my name is Rochelle. I am a wife and mother of 4 beautiful children. Ages 8, 5, 3 & 1. All boys expect my 5 year old princess.

I created this fundraising because like most people in the world, the pandemic has shifted our life's. Some are greatly affected than others. While I am great full for life and what we do have, it's has been very hard to completely live life in a comfortable way with just the basics necessities. Some days are worst than others but I'm blessed with a family that will used all out resources with out complaint.

My end goal with this fundraiser is to help me acquire enough fund to start my business which would in turn create an income for me to assist with taking care of the children. The money I receive will also help to make sure we have enough food while I work on gaining customers for my business.

The reason I need this method to earn what I need to start is because, what my family already earn isn't enough to spare anything at all. Only my husband work at the moment and it's jobs are hard to find during the pandemic. Also we are very worried of having someone come in off the street to watch our children including 2 asthmatic's. We trust ouself to take the extra precautions because also my husband has asthma but it's hard to trust that every is doing the same. We have seen in the media how most Jamaican don't take the precautionary measures serious.

I woukd appreciate any donations I tecieve and will be putting it to good use. The business I plan to start is handmade products including candles and soaps.
