HELP!! get my Life Back!!

I've been dealing with a lot of medical issues. I've been living without a thyroid since 2009, due to thyroid cancer. I've been cancer free since! But over the past decade my body has gone way downhill. A few wrecks surely didn't help either. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis 3 years ago. I've been diagnosed with cervical spinal stenosis and fibromyalgia last year. Recently, was diagnosed with SI joint dysfunction. I'm pretty much a hot mess over here. I try to stay positive and optimistic about my illnesses. It's not easy when you have crappie insurance though. It seems like for every opportunity that would help to make me better, there's lots of hoops to get through. Only to have another opportunity to help me, I get another door slammed on me. Due to the cost or insurance doesn't cover it. I can't live my life in constant pain anymore. I'm now asking for help. I will have to pay out of pocket for office visits and all those expensive procedures, medical equipment, etc. As of right now, I am barely able to work my job, or even walk or stand longer than 15-30 minutes without having to sit.
