Due to PayPal compliance restrictions, PayPal is only available during the first 120 days of a funding campaign. To keep offering PayPal, I had to create a new campaign, which you can find here: https://assets.gogetfunding.com/helpgabor/

I had a dream. I wanted to be an air traffic controller. My dream has been stolen from me, and now they want my future. I am looking for 8,500 people who can give it back to me.

My name is Gábor Kaszás, I'm a 37-year-old development engineer from Budapest, Hungary. Most of my friends know that I’m not used to asking for money, as I usually like giving, but this time I have to ask. Those who know me better know that I had a dream ten years ago: I wanted to be an air traffic controller. Those who know me the best know that this didn’t come to true. I was expelled during the last months of the two-year training, more precisely I wasn’t allowed to take the final exam. The official reason was that “I can’t handle stress during work.” The company realized this after two years, and after deeming me fit during their vetting process, including serious psychological evaluations. So they didn’t let me take the exam, then they sued me for not finishing the training, and now, after 7 years of trials, having lost on all levels, they demand almost 25 million Forints ($85,000) as the fee of the training and other costs. As I deemed the whole procedure by the company and by the court unjust and inhumane, and as with this procedure I’m ruined and my future is made bleak, I launched a crowdfunding campaign, where I reveal, how things are working in Hungary in the 21st century, as opposed to several countries of the world.

85,000 US dollars is a huge amount for one person, for me, in my situation, but if let’s say 8,500 people donated $10, it would amount to the almost 25 million HUF.

8,500 people. Will you be one of them?

No amount of donation is too little. Your contribution will be much appreciated!

Thank you,

Gabor

  • I decided to support because I want you to have your future back. I heard it is a real story, and I work in aviation. Pay the money first, and DEFINITELY also appeal to European Court of Human Rights, to get ALL the money back.

  • I hope the best for you. You attended the Atco training in the wrong country.
