My 2 month old puppy, Poleng, was diagnosed to have an infection and slightly dehydrated August 3, 2019. She was admitted at a local veterinary clinic for 2 days. However, due to her worsening condition, we had to transfer her to Philippine Animal Medical center. After being examined, it was confirmed that she has Parvo virus infection and that she needed to be admitted for several days. We were appraised of the total bill amounting to P24,000, which includes admission until today, August 7, and all medications and intravenous fluid to be administered. According to the most recent update from the veterenarian Dr. Darvin, Poleng is still lethargic and is still being forced feed. Complete blood count was done today showing a decrease in the RBC count from 4.31 to 4.28 as well as a decrease in Platelet count from 158 to 5. The doctor recommends to give DARBEPOIETIN to help increase the RBC. This means that she needs to be continuously observed in the hospital and more medications may be needed depending on Poleng's response to the management. We love her so much and we are really trying to do everything we can, but we are already out of budget as of now. We are humbly asking and gratituously welcoming financial assistance of any amount for our dear Poleng. We are thanking you for your time and in advance for any help that you could offer.
