Help my dog Chichi to be better

Chichi is my life. She knows when Im sick, if im not okay if there is something wrong with me, she was there, she'd do everything to make me feel okay. It pains me seeing her suffer, she doesnt eat, play and whenever im trying to hold her she keeps on licking my hands. I know there is something wrong with her. Last December 23, i rush her in the vet clinic to know why she is sick, the doc said that she might have Canine Distemper and that he needs to run more test for them to figure out if its correct. Im begging help to you all, please help my dog. Please dont judge me because i dont have the money right now. Any amount will do :( i just cant lose her.
