HELP ME SAVE MY HOME

Hello my name is Beth. I am going to 47 on July 6th. Unfortunately I can't even begin to see past today. I bought a mobile home in June 2016. The manager of the park (whom no longer works here) Just told me a bunch of lies about the mobile home. And the company is a multi state million dollar business. I can't afford a lawyer to fight the lawyers whom own the parks. So I just am trying to pay off this mortgage loan they gave plus get this mobile home fixed so I can sell it and have enough to move. The roof leaks badly and monsoon season is here, the ac is collapsed in half of the mobile home. It was 119 degress today.

I do have a complaint with the attorney General office and I filled out as many complaints as a I could with different agencies. Also wrote to a news manager which they are going to try and help. But my only problem is that they have bullied alot of residents in other parks (which you can look up online) And if they did anything they could make me homeless in the blink of an eye. And I have no back up or security blanket anymore. I gave it all to them as a down payment and fixing what I could. But there are so many issues with my sale, disclosure, paperwork, ect. that I need more the one agency on board. The owner is a big known lawyer from California. I have all the paperwork to back up this horrible situation I am in with this park. I have spoken to lawyers and they all are very expensive. I even signed up for AAMHO they help you understand parks and rules.. Ect But even there lawyer is 275 an hour. I just need to get it paid and fixed. And get out of this whole debacle.

I am single 47 year old with 2 wonderful dogs. Whom moved to AZ for some warm from the winter's in the N E. I have 2 jobs and love both of them, but I do not have alot of thoses friends you've know for years here. I owe about 7000 left on the mobile and it's going to be 3000 for the repairs. Which I can't sell unless the roof and ac is fixed. Asking for help from anyone is not me. I am the person who gives you advice, the change in my pocket or my sofa to sleep on. I raised a wonderful son, which doesn't know the whole story (yet) I don't want him to worry about this when he lives in New England. I am honored to be abled to have sites like this, a friend told me about it. I have proof and paperwork for anyone who has any information on laws to help me out. But I have pretty much looked everywhere for help. If you feel you want to help in the legal way I will help with all the running around you need. They have other parks and alot of issues with buyers and renters. The worst part about this is they are putting in brand new modgeler homes 3 across the street 25 in the park. So the laws with modgeler VS mobile is (modgeler is considered house) So anotherward I would otherwise be in this situation. I could have done more. My 2 dogs and I have the worst allergic reaction to this place. That he is on medication for itchy and the other caught Valley Fever, from the dirt they stirred up putting in the new mobiles. That's 150$ a month from medication.

Even if i find people in Az whom can help with the work, I will take it. I just don't want to end up homeless because I can't afford to fix the problems that are health issues.

Just know I will "pay it forward" for the rest of my life. Also anyone whom gives money can Delagate a volunteer job and hours for me to do to give back here in AZ. I would sell everything I own, if I have to. To get out of this nightmare.
