A Little Help for an Angel

This is Alpine Rose Abello, 26, from Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City. Youngest child of the family with both senior citizen parents. She tried finishing college but couldn't due to her illness. She's nothing but a sweet angel who wants to help her family. She loves to sing and dance. She also used to sell Philippine food like "turon" or peanut roll in class just to have "baon" or food allowance in school. She's very sociable and a loving person.

In 2004, when she was 10 years old, her body started swelling and was sent to the hospital. She got better but needed constant medical attention. Recently, she was again sent to the hospital for her illness, Chronic Kidney Secondary to Chronic Glumerulonephritis. It's her fifth time battling this disease in the hospital since it started.

At the age of 26, she is undergoing Hemodialysis Treatment at Nephrology Center of Cagayan de Oro Dialysis, Inc. (+639177046449) twice a week. (Please see certifications attached).

As shown in the certificate from the stated clinic, monthly cost would reach P26,960 (541.98USD) excluding medications for maintenance.
