A FUNDRAISING PROJECT:
HELP JEEPNEY DRIVERS AND THEIR FAMILIES
On the evening of March 16, Philippine President Duterte placed the entire Luzon region on enhanced community quarantine resulting to the shutdown of ALL kinds of mass transportation.
Currently, situation for jeepney drivers still hasn't changed which was also applied across the country for any province on quarantine.
This means they have had no income and are unable to feed their families. Some kicked out from their homes unable to pay rent and now living in their jeepneys.
My sister Cerina and I are currently coordinating with - EDIT - Jeepney terminals around Metro Manila.
In partnership with ISTA solutions we are raising funds to purchase relief goods for Jeepney Drivers and their Families

Update posted by Rica Stella Zaragoza at 06:09 amThis is one of the jeepney terminals we are soliciting donations for. A total of 206 drivers with 54 of those have made the terminal their home. Until now, there's still no advise from the PH government when they'd be allowed on the road. No trips = no income.To those. . . . .
