Help4Danko

Danko is a 12 year old Serbian boy who has an abdominal cancer which needs to get treated outside Serbia, and ASAP. Time is running short because tumor is very aggressive!

Only 3 months ago, he was a happy, healthy boy, finishing grade 5, biking, playing basketball and having fun. In a very short time he has lost all of it, along with his hair.

The first symptoms started only a few months ago, but tumor is the size of a small football at the moment, and it is growing fast. So far the firm diagnosis has not been given, and chemotherapy treatment he has been undergoing has shown no results.

Danko's family could not get enough money to pay for his medical bills, even if they are able to sell everything they own. In the recent decade, this area of the world has gone through a few civil wars, and Serbia had been severely bombed by NATO in late nineties. All off this reduced economy to nothingness, and left medical establishments short of supply and unable to get latest equipment and medications.

He is the only child and his parents are devastated, being unable to help.
