Help Zoey with her fight against Leukemia

Hi, I am April, and I humbly appeal to your kind hearts to join us in saving my niece, Zoey.

Zoey turned three last February. Instead of enjoying childhood and playing outside, she's confined at Baguio General Hospital and currently accompanied by her mom, a single parent.

Today, Mach 6, 2023, her mom received the devastating news that Zoey's suffering from Superior Vena Cava Syndrome. It's a rare condition for kids where the large vein that carries blood from the upper part of the body to the heart is wholly or partially blocked. The result is what you see in her picture, swelling in the face, neck, and upper chest, difficulty breathing, coughing, and other symptoms that require prompt medical attention. It happened because she also got diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL), a type of blood cancer commonly affecting children. It occurs when abnormal white blood cells called lymphocytes multiply quickly and interfere with the production of normal blood cells in the bone marrow.
