Help young Nemo live pain free

Nemo is such a special sweet boy who's been thru more in his 7 months of life than most full grown dogs, he is the runt of the litter a rescue of mine had and when he was born it took 15 minutes to get him to take his first breath. His leg was bowed in two places and he was rejected immediately by his mom. He's completely handraised from birth, needed to be bottle fed every hour round the clock so I stayed up for weeks with my sweet boy. He was diagnosed as a fading puppy and after lots of hard work he pushed thru it. He's had aspiration pnemonia, ear infections, so many allergies and was a parvo survivor all before he was 3 months old. He's such a tough little guy who no matter what is such a sweet happy boy. He has severe hip problems on the side where his bowed leg was and has trouble walking let alone running and keeping up to other puppies. He's getting depressed because he can't play like everyone else can and feels left out most of the time. After getting all the money together that he needed for his xrays, triple pelvic osteotomy, rehab and meds we wound up having someone who we thought was a friend steal not only all his money he needed for the vet but steal all his toys and treats, his brand new crate he needs to have somewhere to escape and relax when he's in too much pain, my old dogs ashes and pretty much everything we own after having the place I paid months of rent for in advance lock us out in the middle of the night claiming he was a 'vicious dog' for nipping his sister after she bit his balls when he was trying to pee. He's never attacked anyone in his life nor has he ever bit a dog or animal without an actual reason. (I validate a bite to the balls as a real reason to whip around and nip) Trying to find us money for somewhere to live and afford all his medical expenses which to date are 5000$-10,000$ not including all the medicine, the special things he needs for home, the supplements, the formula, the massages, etc etc and he just turned 7 months old on the 16th. Im so upset and hurt that someone would intentionally cause my boy to suffer and steal his xray and surgery money fully knowing how much he hurts.... I'm working on getting the funds returned which adds up to close to 7000$ but I don't want my baby to have to wait that long for the help he needs. He shouldn't suffer because people are heartless. Right now I just want to be able to get his xrays asap so we can set a surgery date.. He's a good boy who deserves a good life... please help me give him that... thank you.
