Help young family with new beggining

Hello! We are a young family of four 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦- me, Pavlina, my husband Martin and our two lovely kids Vitek (4) and Magdalena (1). We are currently living in the city center of Prague, capital of Czech republic. For several years, we've been dreaming of moving out of the city and live on the countryside. Recently, we managed to finally buy an old house (on the mortgage) in a very small village. We fell in love with this place on the first sight! 🏠

We ended our rent in Prague due to the end of January 2022 and we will start rebuilding our house DIY. My husband is an excellent "Bob the builder" and he is able to learn anything. I'm very proud of him and so thankful I can share my life with him. I cannot imagine starting this new life without him.

But as we bought a house on a mortgage, we don't have enough money for the reconstruction. We thought we could live there and rebuild in while living there (and slowly save the money) but we found out it's not possible. We need to remake all the electricity, plumbing, heating. We've already demolished the bathroom and kitchen. There are also some wet walls so we need to rebuild them, too. We don't need to have our house super fancy, we need to put it in a livable condition.
