Help with vehicle for Medical appointments

My van broke down in March of this year. I am currently trying to get my disability. We are living off of my husband's SSI income. We have a beautiful 3 year old girl. I have MANY MANY health problems that I am seeing several different doctors for. I have had to reschedule and/or cancel alot of appointments due to having to get someone else to take me back and forth to my appointments. The timing has went out in my 2004 Nissan Quest and I am desperately needing help to get the part (the whole timing kit) to fix my vehicle. I hate asking for help but I can't continue to keep asking for rides from others to all my appointments. My husband only draws very little SSI and it is us and our daughter so we are doing what we can to get by until I can get my disability going. If you can find it in your hearts to please either help with funds for the repair of my vehicle (this is including the part, labor, and getting insurance put back on) or direct me to a source who can help, it will be very much appreciated. If you would like to know about my health problems or if you have any questions at all please just ask me.
