Help with Student Loan!!!

My name is Ana and Im from Brazil. I have a baby, the love of my life and a wonderful husband.
He graduate in Medical School, but for that we have to took a student loan, because we were not able to pay for a Medical School.
The payaments will start in the end of this month. My husband is in specialization in psychiatry now, he wants to help especially people with depression. But when you are in specialization, you dont receive, you have to pay to study and Its all day long.
And now, maybe he has to quit the specialization to start to work to pay the loan.
Im asking for help just to pay the 29 months until he finishes specialization. I already work all day long to help, but Its really hard for us.
