Help with Starting a Small Bread Bakery Business

I am Ademola Balogun, a graduate of economics and a qualified accountant. I am interested in starting a bread bakery and have had a technical training in bread baking. In my part of the world, quality breads are scare for majority of people as most premium breads are priced at a price so high that only the middle class and the rich can afford. As a result, I want to make bread products that will be nutritious as well as command reasonable price everyday Nigerians can afford. If you can support this dream, you only not create jobs for close to 20 people, you also help provide quality foods for majority of people as breads are consumed daily here in Nigeria.
