Help with paying my rent.

Hi, my name is Samantha, I'm 20 years old and I live in NYS, USA. Ive run into a rough patch that I'm hoping to get out of next month. I just need help paying my rent this month, I have talked to my landlord and hes given me an extension date of April 5th, 2018. I've tried all available assistance around me and unfortunately none of them can help me. I've come so far through my depression, anxiety, PSTD and Bipolar to have my apartment and try to live a positive life, I'm terrified of losing it, this is the first time I've been in this position and its terrifying.
