Help with ongoing medical expenses and to relocate

I have been diagnosed with stage 3 COPD and inoperable ischemic heart disease.I am 66 years old living on a government old age grant of R2080, less than $180, per month and have very little money left after paying accomodation and basic neccesities.

Many times the government hospitals cannot supply the medication needed and am not able to afford to buy it privately. Transport to and from the hospital is unreliable, unsafe and costly resulting missing appointments.

My doctors have recommended moving to a town at sea level to help with my breathing, blood pressure and general well being and I can move to East London but also need help with relocating expenses which is a once off expense of R5000 which is deposit and rent for the first month.

I do not want to die now and am scared of suffering as I often do at present. I am humbly asking for assistance please and would be extremely grateful.
