help with my wedding please

Hello,  I'm 25 years old my partner and I have been together for 6 years, he proposed to me on our 3 year anniversary but unfortunately due to my parents needing help with money situation as my down syndrome sister has just been put into independent living and it's very expensive so I've helped out to save for her to be able to have this opportunity of being away from her family as my parents aren't that well so I'm here today asking if you guys could help my partner and I finally get married we would be so grateful.  Thank you :)
