Help for rare cancer surgery

My mother was diagnosed with an extremely rare cancer last May. It is called adrenal carcinoma and occurs to less than 2 people in 1 million. That's not an error. It is indeed less than 2 people in ONE MILLION. Even doctors don't know how to best deal with it. Very few doctors are even familiar with the situation. In addition, there is one more complication, as the tumor has started to enter the great vein that leaves from the heart. In order to clear the vein, a separate surgery has to take place. So now we are talking about not one, but TWO expensive and complicated surgeries. As my mother does not have private health insurance, we can only cover part of the total amount for the hospital and doctors. The only doctor so far who has accepted to perform the surgery is Dr Georgios Kyriakou at Iatriko Athinon. We couldn't find a skilled and experienced enough doctor in the public hospitals.
