Need Help

Hello, my name is Tamara. I am a married. I have a 16 year old step daughter who comes down every other week she is a high school sophomore. I also have twin 21 year step sons who are currently in college.

Here is the latest update of what is going on in our family. Yes even more to add. I am so ready for break.

You know that I am fully disabled. Currently diagnosed with Lupus, Mixed Connective Tissue Disorder, and Fibromyalgia, as well as neck and back issues. I receive Social Security and Medicare and even with it and my husband income it is just not enough to pay rent, utilities, phone, insurance, and all my medical.

Now my husband lively hood is in jeopardy. He is a truck driver and they have to have a DOT physical ever so often. His is up. He went in and they are requiring him to do a sleep study to get his DOT Physical Card that he has to have to keep working.

1. Sleep Study cost is $200 for the sleep 2. Sleep Machine will cost us $1000.

We just don’t have this money but if he does not do it he can’t work.

Plus I need help with the following:

1. Eye Glasses - Currently I am trying to find help to get some glasses. Mine broke so I can’t drive but to replace them it expensive cause I have to have no line Progressive bifocals that are about $350 to $450.

2. Medical CoPays - Upcoming surgery facility CoPays $275 each. Currently scheduled for:

a. August 20, 2019 (TX Pres Flower Mound), $275

c November 26, 2019 (TX Pres Flower Mound), $275

3. Rent - Right now we are 1 month behind $1325. Need to get ahead a month as well.
