medical bills and home care nurse

My sister is not working due to having to rotator cuff surgeries in 5 month. She has for kids to take care of on a fixed income. On May 7th 2018 her 6 year old daughter fell at the park and broke her femur bone she had to have surgery they had to put a plate and 6 screws in her leg she has a cast from her hip down to her foot. My sister can’t lift her to put her in her wheelchair or help her go to the bathroom because of her surgery. The family is trying to help when not at work. But most of the time it will be her daughter and my sister. So we need to pay for someone to come to her home and help with her daughter. Thank you and every little bit helps.
