Help With Marco’s Medical Bills

My cat means the world to me. He is so good, so sweet, and he's also my emotional support animal so I depend on him every single day.

Today, I had to take him to the vet. He stopped eating as well about a week and a half ago. I assumed it was a developed adversity to his food, as he would still eat just not as much as usual. However, this morning he refused even his favorite treats that he would usually go crazy for. I knew there was something very wrong. At the vet, they did a few x-rays and found he unfortunately has an abscess in his lung. The closest vet equipped to deal with something of the sort is two hours away at Kansas State University. After the x-rays, blood work, and an ultrasound to make sure there wasn't anything spread to other organs (thankfully, there wasn't), I left the vet after an $830 charge. However, with his lung issue, it's only going to go up from there. It was a huge blow as a college student for the charge today, and while I would spend every penny I have on my cat, I have bills of my own to pay and even if he's healthy as ever, I need somewhere for him to live and I need to have some money left over for that.
