Help with Legal Bill

Due to several Court "Screw-ups", I have been landed with a Costs Order from one of my Creditors after I attempted to recover unlawful charges they added to my account.

The Court failed to issue time sensitive documents meaning I was unable to go to court to present my case.

The Court failed to take notice of their failings and breached Civil Procedure Rules on ordering the Costs Order.

I no longer have access to a Correspondence Address in England and an Appeal would cost thousands more, even if I got full fee remission.

The Creditor has now transferred the costs order to Scotland and have hired Sheriff Officers.

I only have the option of paying it or applying for my own Sequestration (Bankruptcy in Scotland). I don't want to go down the Sequestration route but it may be my only option. There would be no point in working as my full-time wage would be cut in half with the accountant in bankruptcy taking it to pay my Creditors for the next 3 years, although the bankruptcy will still haunt me until 2021 at least.
