Help with kratom

I was diagnosed with avascular necrosis in my right hip several months ago, the VA tried a core decompression back on 01Jun2020. The procedure didn't work and the problems have gotten big since then. The VA has said that only a hip replacement will fix the issue, but month after month, they have put off doing the replacement. Finally, 2 weeks ago, the surgeon who did the decompression said that a replacement was needed and sent me to another surgeon for the replacement. When I saw this surgeon 2 days ago, he mocked me for having issues at my age and told me that I would have to wait 2 more months, in pain, before he would consider a replacement. I have contacted a surgeon through Medicaid who is willing to do the operation, but it will be about 5 more weeks. The necrosis has caused 2 major problems 1) since I have trouble sitting, standing, or walking, I can't work. 2) the pain. It's constant and severe. I am hoping to get some pain medication when I see the new surgeon, but for now, I am on my own. I have found an herb called kratom that helps take the edge off, but, since I am not working, I can't afford it. Small bags are around $30 with large bags being around $125. I am asking for my friends to help with whatever they can so that I can have at least a little quality of life back. Thank you so much for reading this and thanks in advance for any help given!
