Help with kidney transplant

Hello, I'm sidd, i had a bad kidney thus i had to get it operated, im only 19 and i dont have a father so i am the only one earning in my family of me, my mom and my little brother. but the operation cost me a lot and thus i dont have much money left to support my family, even the smallest donations could help me pay my medical fees and pay my brother's school fee, a friend suggested me to use fund raising site to ask for funds, im not very good at english so i can not explain my situation better, hope you understand, thank you for reading.
