Help with justice and our house

Hello

at first I wanna apologize for my bad english.
1.) Ive added the photo of what is the most important things in my life.
and the story is...

We bought a house with my wife (it was already half built and we just needed to finish it). One person from our family offered us help cause he building houses as a job.
so we started and everything went good until february 2018. In that month he stopped working and refused to continue. So we asked for our money and he again refused. Now we are stuck in situation, where we dont have enough money to finish the building nor we have money for getting him to court to face justice.
and he knows that. We have a little son (1 year old) and living in one small room.
sadly it looks like we will pay our morgage for something, which will never be done.
And thats why Im asking for help through fundraising platform just to get something to finish a house for my family, for building a kids room for my son and see their happy smiles. Because without funds we wont be able to get up from this.

The thing is, that there is really no other way than ask for help :/ If everything runs smooth and this problem wont occure we should be happy, but sadly it occured so we need to face it and ask for help of kind people.

Im prepared to send every invoice to everyone who will help us, just to show a proof. And after that, everyone will be very welcomed and can come to us! Im feeling pretty embarrassed but to be honest, pride is nothing compared to love I feel for my family. U just want to see them smile and be happy!
