Help with Idriss’s palliative surgery

Hello, my name is Youssef and recently my best friend's father got diagnosed with stomach cancer. And he now will have to have a palliative surgery. I didn't include a picture of him because I didn't want to do anything that would touch that man's dignity.

Neither or his family were prepared for this, but who would think a healthy man with 4 kids would get cancer. I come to you today because this is my last hope. My friend doesn't even know I'm creating this fundraiser because I'm sure if I tell her, she'll refuse, she's a proud soul. No one should ever have to deal with what she's dealing with and it breaks my heart. I tried to help in other ways, but if I'm being completely honest, the most important thing they need right now is money. The costs of cancer treatment are very high and they don't have insurance or anything. I'm crying as I'm typing all of this so my thoughts might be a bit all over the place. They are good honest people and I wish them well, and I hope we can help them.
