Help with dogs vet bills

I have two dogs, one is 1 year old Tenu, order 2,5 months old Jade. Oldest have problem with his right lung, we still don't know exactly what (procedure cost 500 EU) only that there a blood clot. While I was dealing with this issue, someone dropoffs this puppy, who was dying. His abdominal cavity was filled with worm's, and because of that he couldn't fight respiratory infection. So I have two dogs who have problems breathing and not enough money two afford full treatment.
