Help with dental costs for my partner

Hi all I'm hoping for some kind of miracle so that I can help my partner get her wish of having dental implants this is having a really bad impact on her life she doesn't want implants for cosmetic reasons when she was 18 she had a pituitary tumour and had to take medication without this medication she would not have been able to have children and she could have lost her eye sight as it was behind her optic nerve the downside to this was it took all the calcium out of her teeth and her teeth started to break this has left her devestated and now she won't go anywhere with me or our kids as she feels like everyone is looking at her she wears dentures but she can't eat with them this has nothing to do with the fit its more to do with she keeps gagging with them in her mouth she has been to the doctors and apparently you can get a boob job done on the NHs but not dental implants please please help me make her wish come true these last few years have been very hard on our family we have had our house broken into twice we have had to move our kids to make sure they are safe we had our son really premature he was born at 26weeks and was in hospital for 5 months I asked my partner to fill this in and I told her I'd set up the account but she wouldn't do it she feels like she don't deserve it but she really does she puts everyone before herself our kids couldn't have a better mummy but we want our beautiful confident mummy/partner back please donate I know I'm asking a lot but this is something I want to do so she can smile talk properly and eat properly again and learn to love herself again please help me we have no family or close enough friends who can help that's another reason why I'm doing this for her I have a copy of the treatments she needs and the price it will cost if u have a spare 1 please donate and if u leave a message I will write a personal thank you to everyone this means so much thanks for reading please share as I said I have no family/close friends and no Facebook I have opened up a twitter account but haven't a clue what to do thanks all
